Annual inspections and audits are conducted by Primus at our facility, ensuring quality standards of cleanliness, speed of service, staff hospitality, food quality, value and more.

-Proffer Produce continues to voluntarily participate and excel in the USDA Audit Program for Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) & Good Handling Practices (GHP). By doing so, we are continually minimizing risk of any microbial food safety hazards.

-Strict enforcement of the mandatory U.S. "Country of Origin Labeling (COOL)" laws, in concert with the USDA, means our produce is triple inspected, not only to maintain high levels of quality but also to ensure food safety and security.  We have perfected product traceability which allows us to respond to issues with 100% total traceability within four hours of initial recall notification.
