established by Udell Proffer in 1964 and continues to this day
operating on the principles that he established: quality products,

evolved into more than your average wholesaler. Today, the
Proffer Company is vertically integrated on tomatoes and eastern
vegetables with growing operations/marketing arrangements in 12
